Patient: 51 year old female

Findings:

Large intracanalicular, extradural mass which is multiseptated and extends out the neural foramen bilaterally at multiple levels causing extensive remodeling and expansion of the canal and neural foramen.
Second mass in left paraspinal muscles with same signal characteristics and enhancement pattern.

Diagnosis: Neurofibromatosis type I
